Emily Coleman, L.E.

Emily has years of experience, a soft and caring approach and gentle, careful hands. Emily has a gift of explaining her therapies in terms that are clear and easily understood.

While Emily Coleman has magic hands and a calming demeanor, her greatest asset is her integrity. Emily understands that focusing on the individual needs of her clients is the only way to yield results. She is dedicated to helping you achieve all of your skin care goals.

Lachhimi Taylor, L.E.

With a combined 20+ years of experience in the beauty and wellness industry, Lachhimi, has held various positions, such as lead makeup artist, product educator, esthetics instructor and department manager. These roles of leadership assisted in the development of providing exceptional service, while guiding those looking to improve the overall condition and appearance of their skin.

Customizing treatment plans based on patient goals, delivering expectations, and restoring self-confidence are found to be the most rewarding accolades throughout her esthetics career. Lachhimi, encourages consistency and is committed to assisting in all of your skincare and cosmetic goals.

Carissa Garrett, L.E.

Carissa Garrett is a local resident and primarily works out of the Millsboro spa location. She joined the team at Renaissance in 2020 as a licensed medical esthetician in both MD and DE with multiple years of esthetics experience with a prominent plastic surgeon in the Annapolis area. Carissa specializes in a number of esthetic services including medical grade facials, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, dermaplaning and microneedling.

Carla Staubs, L.E.

Carla joined the Renaissance Med Spa team in 2018. She has over 26 years of experience as a licensed aesthetican. Carla loves personalizing skin care regimens for her clients to help them achieve their best skin possible. She offers facials, microdermabrasions, dermaplaning, HydraFacials, chemical peels, microneedling and waxing services to her clients.

Amanda Cline, L.E.

Amanda joined the Renaissance Med Spa team in December 2021. Amanda has been an aesthetician for over ten years and loves helping patients reach their skincare goals with a combination of office treatments and at home skincare. Amanda is now booking appointments in our Salisbury location on Mondays and Fridays.

Jackie Jenkins, L.E.

Jackie joined our Med Spa team January 2022. She decided to enter into the esthetics field after finding her passion for helping people feel more confident in their own skin. Combining product knowledge and customized skincare protocols, she looks forward to helping clients achieve their skincare goals.

Morgan Nitz, L.E.

Morgan joined the Renaissance Med Spa team in September of 2023 as a licensed medical esthetician and professional makeup artist out of Pennsylvania. She received her DE and MD licenses in March of 2024 and works out of all three of our spa locations. Morgan’s passion is to heal and restore the skin using her expertise as a certified provider for both SkinPen and Hydrafacial in addition to implementing our medical grade ZO Skin Health line. She is dedicated to building lasting relationships with her clients and helping them achieve their skin care goals and truly see results.
